We know that all of you may be experiencing the impact of the Covid-19 or will be worried about what it could mean over the coming weeks.
We would like to reassure you that BirkbeckDentistry is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment– our priority is taking care of patients and staff.

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO HELP KEEP PATIENTS AND STAFF SAFE

Following the advice from government and General Dental Council guidelines we have suspended all non essential dental treatments.

There is a new section on our website giving advice on non urgent dental issues.

We have arrangements in place should patients require antibiotics or other dental medication.

We are monitoring our practice answer machine regularly.

We have set up an email and text advice line for emergencies.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO DO TO HELP

Only contact the surgery answer machine for help should you have an acute urgent dental emergency.

Please leave CLEAR details of your Name, Contact number, and a brief description of your problem.

Please advise if you have or have had a temperature and \or a persistent cough.

We encourage all patients and staff to continue to follow advice from Public Health England.
